Founder Jodie Knott began her recruiting career as a top performer at one of the world's leading staffing agencies. When one of her clients' executive partners asked her to transition to their in-house seat, she jumped at the challenge. There, she led the national talent acquisition efforts of a premier hospitality, gaming, and real estate organization through their rapid expansion phase.

As an in-house recruiter, Jodie was able to witness the long term impact of each individual hire on the overall business. This process gave her firsthand insight into the importance of finding the perfect alignment of skills, values, and culture to ensure successful placement.

At Rise, Jodie adds value to her clients by marrying the hustle and adaptability of an agency recruiter with a tailored approach of an in-house recruiter.
